Weird HQ Video O.o

I was in HQ earlier when I clicked on the HQ TV screen and saw this:



But then when I waited on the channel where two penguins were having a conversation a message scrolled along the bottom:



Sorry about the size :S For anyone who couldn't read it, it said:

"This conversation would probably be a lot more interesting with sound ... huh?"

I tryed turning up the volume and nothing happened. What is this all about? Hmm...

    I noticed that! Its weird ? :S Maybe its some sort of new mission thing thats coming soon or a party or something. I think cp needs more new partys cuz once you've been on for a year its all the same. I put the button on my blog, would you comment on my new post? thanks
